Requirements to Invest
The U.S. Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) requires that you qualify as an accredited investor in order to participate.
So how do you know if you’re accredited?
No worries — here’s the skinny: You only need to meet ONE of the criteria below. We’ll then send you a simple form to sign and you’re set!
To qualify as an accredited investor, you must have an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with your spouse) for the last two years with the expectation of earning the same or a higher income in the current year.
You may also be considered an accredited investor if you have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with your spouse.
You may qualify in other ways — See this update from the SEC for details
